We provide AI-powered solutions for indoor gardening and plant care, including software applications, connected hardware devices, plant diagnostics, and related services for both individual consumers and business partners.

E. Plantalk App in-app subscriptions and purchase records
Payments for in-app subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play, including payment-card processing for those purchases, are handled by Apple or Google. Guanghe Tansuo Technology Limited and our subscription service provider, RevenueCat, process purchase records associated with your Plantalk App account. These records may include the app user or account ID, store transaction or order identifiers, product identifiers or SKUs, purchase and expiration dates, subscription status, and renewal, refund or revocation information.
We use these records to verify purchases, provide and synchronize Pro access, restore purchases, respond to purchase-support requests, prevent fraud and analyze subscription performance. The relevant account identifiers and purchase records are processed by RevenueCat and our service backend for these purposes.
We retain these records only for as long as necessary for these purposes and applicable legal or accounting obligations. If you delete your account, limited purchase records may still be retained where necessary for those obligations, fraud prevention or dispute resolution.
