  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped

For pre-order products, processing begins once the item is ready to ship.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We primarily ship via air freight to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States & Canada: 7–10 business days
  • Europe: 7–10 business days
  • Other regions: 7–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and local logistics conditions.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination.

  • Standard shipping starts from $8 USD
  • Final shipping fees will be displayed at checkout

From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.


4. Pre-Order Shipping

For pre-order items, including Plantiemoji:

  • Shipping will begin once production is completed
  • Estimated shipping timelines are provided for reference only
  • Delays may occur due to manufacturing, logistics, or external factors

Customers will be notified when their order is shipped.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
