This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled for purchases made through www.plantalk.ai, including pre-order products such as Plantiemoji.
1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)
You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped.
- Full refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Cancellation requests must be sent to: hi@plantalk.ai
- Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled
2. Pre-Order Products
Certain products, including Plantiemoji, may be offered on a pre-order basis.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:
- the product is not yet ready for immediate shipment
- estimated shipping timelines are subject to change
- delays may occur due to manufacturing, logistics, or external factors
Pre-Order Refund Policy
- You may request a full refund at any time before your order ships
- Once the product has shipped, standard return policies apply
This is critical for trust, especially for early-stage products.
3. Returns (After Delivery)
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:
To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be unused and in original condition
- the item must be returned in its original packaging
- proof of purchase is required

4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- used or damaged items not caused by us
- products missing original packaging or components
- items returned without prior authorization
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Plantalk is not responsible for lost return shipments
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
- please contact us within 7 days of delivery
- include photos or videos showing the issue
We will:
- offer a replacement, or
- provide a full or partial refund depending on the situation

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
