This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled for purchases made through www.plantalk.ai, including pre-order products such as Plantiemoji.


1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)

You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped.

  • Full refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Cancellation requests must be sent to: hi@plantalk.ai
  • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled

2. Pre-Order Products

Certain products, including Plantiemoji, may be offered on a pre-order basis.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

  • the product is not yet ready for immediate shipment
  • estimated shipping timelines are subject to change
  • delays may occur due to manufacturing, logistics, or external factors

Pre-Order Refund Policy

  • You may request a full refund at any time before your order ships
  • Once the product has shipped, standard return policies apply

This is critical for trust, especially for early-stage products.


3. Returns (After Delivery)

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused and in original condition
  • the item must be returned in its original packaging
  • proof of purchase is required

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • used or damaged items not caused by us
  • products missing original packaging or components
  • items returned without prior authorization

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Plantalk is not responsible for lost return shipments

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • please contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • include photos or videos showing the issue

We will:

  • offer a replacement, or
  • provide a full or partial refund depending on the situation

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to replace an item, please:

  1. request a return
  2. place a new order
